## **The role**

Reporting to the Operations Director, your daily life will consist of managing, developing, and boosting the performance of your branch. Your missions will consist of:

- Driving the branch's commercial strategy and key indicators (turnover, margin, footfall...)
- Managing and uniting a team of 7 employees
- Developing turnover in proximity to customers
- Implementing the group's quality, safety, and environmental policy

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Unifying and caring**, you are sensitive to the **development and support** of your employees,

**High-performing and tenacious**, you have a sense of commerce, **commercial development**, and enjoy meeting your customers.

With strong knowledge of **construction, whether generalist or specialist,** you will know how to leverage your expertise,
