Job offer : Premixer (M/F)

Actual Ambérieu is recruiting a Premixer (M/F) for one of its industrial clients. The premixer is in charge of preparing production mixtures and recipes intended for the extrusion workshop. Premixers rotate on different machines according to production organization and can work alone or in pairs depending on volumes. Your main missions will be:

• Retrieve raw materials (coloring powders, resins, additives) from the dedicated area
• Check references, batch numbers, and bag weights
• Count quantities and check volume consistency
• Digitally enter the weight of each reference
• Manually weigh small quantities using a scale
• Prepare and pour ingredients into the tanks
• Select programs and adjust parameters via computer
• Visually check the quality of the mixture
• Anticipate the next production during the mixing cycle
• Manage equipment cleaning (quick or complete cleaning depending on production change)
• Manage end-of-series: weighing remaining materials, editing labels, and returning to storage area
• Handling and environment
• Carrying bags weighing up to 25 kg
• Use of manual pallet truck, electric pallet truck, and rolling cart
• Dusty, noisy, and dirty working environment
• FFP2 or FFP3 masks provided by the company

Training:

• About 2 weeks of training in pairs before autonomy
• Dusty environment.

3-shift schedule:

• Mon-Thu 9 PM-5:10 AM,
• then Mon-Thu 1 PM-9 PM,
• then Mon 6:10 AM-1:10 PM, Tue-Fri 5 AM-1:10 PM

Salary:

• 12.31€ gross per hour.
• Afternoon and morning shift: restaurant voucher of 11€ (including 6.60€ employer share).
• Night shift: meal allowance of 6.60€. Night hour premium from 9 PM to 6 AM, 2.5€/hour.

Expected experience:

• Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset.

Expected qualities:

• Rigor and strict adherence to procedures
• Comfortable with calculations (counting, multiplying quantities)
• Comfortable with computer tools
• Ability to work alone or in pairs
• Sense of organization and anticipation

Qualifications / Diplomas:

• No specific diploma required.
• Motivated beginners wishing to invest in the long term can be considered.
