The Essentials of the Position

Join an innovative company specializing in the manufacturing of advanced semiconductor components. We are recruiting a Wafer Production Team Leader (M/F). You will play a key role by coordinating your team's activities while ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes in a cleanroom.

Your Main Missions

Production Management: * Supervise and participate in key stages (masking, vacuum deposition, etching, thinning, dicing, etc.).

Adjust planning according to priorities and participate in raw material procurement.

Management & Supervision: * Lead, motivate, and unite your team in a collaborative work environment.

Supervise training to develop the versatility of your employees and ensure fluid communication with your management.

Quality & Continuous Improvement: * Ensure finished products comply with quality standards.

Analyze malfunctions and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Working Conditions: * Work in a cleanroom.

Position with shift work (2x8).

Weekly base of 36h30.

Profile Sought

Education: You hold a scientific or technical degree at the Bac+2 or Bac+3 level (Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, etc.).

Experience: You have successful experience in a production environment (ideally in the semiconductor sector). Previous experience in management or team leadership is a significant asset.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of Wafer manufacturing processes and best practices in a cleanroom.

Proficiency in handling semiconductor wafers and chemical products (acids, solvents).

Soft Skills: You combine rigor, organization, and attention to detail. You are recognized for your leadership, adaptability to unforeseen events, and great manual dexterity.
