The Essentials of the Position

Join a company specializing in surface engineering. As a Preparation Technician, your mission will be to carry out preparation operations on parts before treatment. You will play a key role by adapting preparation procedures for non-referenced parts and ensuring the compliance of parts before their treatment. This position requires rigor, meticulousness, and a critical mind to ensure production quality.

Your Main Missions

• Analyze manufacturing files and adapt preparation and control procedures.
• Mount parts on tooling for optimal treatment cycle flow.
• Clean parts according to production instructions and authorizations.
• Perform cosmetic visual and microscope inspections, and write inspection reports.
• Package parts for shipment.
• Ensure rigorous self-inspection of operations and their traceability.
• Participate in cleaning your workstation and equipment.
• Contribute to anomaly resolution by collaborating with internal teams.

Profile Sought

Education: You hold a Bac+2 level qualification (BTS/DUT type in physical measurements, materials, optics, microtechniques, or equivalent).

Experience: You have a first successful experience in industrial production, ideally in a demanding environment requiring fine handling (optics, microtechnics, clean room).

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of production documentation (Manufacturing Orders, ranges).
• Mastery of production operations and strict application of QSE procedures and rules.

Soft Skills

• You are endowed with great rigor, precision, and meticulousness.
• You demonstrate diligence, versatility, and a good critical mind.
• Ability to adapt and excellent team spirit to interact effectively with different departments.
