
Job offer : Optical Control Technician (M/F)
The role
The Essentials of the Position
You will carry out inspection operations on optical parts in compliance with production objectives and procedures. You will check the dimensional and optical characteristics of optical components or sub-assemblies using appropriate equipment. Your role may also include the assembly of elements using specific bonding techniques, as well as the mounting and adjustment of manufactured components.
Your Missions
- Receive parts to be inspected, read and analyze the manufacturing file.
- Implement quality control techniques (geometry, shape defects, appearance, etc.) according to plan tolerances and interpret the results.
- Choose the measuring instrument adapted to the parameters to be checked.
- Perform the necessary sampling for analysis.
- Write analysis reports, fill in tracking sheets and inspection reports.
- Identify anomalies, their causes, and propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with instructions.
- Calibrate measuring instruments.
- Perform bonding (optical or opto-mechanical) according to client specifications and the associated procedure.
- Define and evolve operating procedures.
- Apply procedures, standards, and operating rules (ranges, internal regulations, QSE rules, instructions for using control means, etc.).
- Be proactive in terms of continuous improvement and participate in working groups if necessary.
- 2x8 shift schedule
- Start on day shift for an initial training period.
Benefits:
Salary between €25,000 and €35,000 gross annual (over 12 months), depending on profile and experience. - Meal allowance for 2x8 shifts.

Profile Sought
Experience
- 4 to 5 years of experience
- Technical skills:
- Knowledge of the manufacturing chain.
- Knowledge of ISO and DIN standards.
- Mastery of measuring instruments for sample analysis (use, precision, limits, etc.).
- Mastery of optical and opto-mechanical bonding techniques, including molecular adhesion bonding.
- Must have already worked under a microscope.
