As an Industrial Pastry Chef (m/f) you will be in charge of
- preparing the dough,
- cutting and shaping it,
- monitoring fermentation,
- putting the pieces in the oven,
- taking the pieces out of the oven after a precise baking time,
- meeting customer expectations,
- managing stocks,
- placing orders
3x8 shift work, long-term mission.
The profile we're looking for
Your personality
If you are rigorous, careful, and inventive, have good customer relationship skills, and are looking for an industrial pastry chef (m/f) position, read on, you are certainly the person we are looking for!
Your background
You hold a CAP/BEP to Bac in pastry making, you have experience in this trade.
Please note, the industrial zone is not served by public transport!
