Job offer : Fleet Manager (M/F)

Are you organized, rigorous, and do you have a real ease with the administrative management of vehicle fleets? The Actual agency is looking for a Contract and Fleet Manager (M/F) for a mission based in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre (44240).

Your main missions

As part of this full-time position (35h/week), your main mission will be the daily management of the company's vehicle fleet. You will handle vehicle ordering (short-term and long-term rentals) and ensure the complete monitoring of their life cycle: maintenance, breakdown management, claims, and relations with specialized platforms (GAC, SIP2, Océan, MARSH, My Ayvens Manager, etc.).

You will also be the primary contact for drivers to assist them with vehicle maintenance and support. Your role includes managing fuel cards and toll badges, monthly vehicle reconciliation with management control, as well as specific monitoring of forklift maintenance. Finally, you will be responsible for issuing purchase orders under STEP7 and designating drivers in the event of traffic fines or parking tickets.

To excel as a Contract and Fleet Manager (M/F), you demonstrate great administrative rigor and an excellent sense of organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bac+2 level education in management or administration and can prove successful experience in a similar position. Proficiency in office tools and the ability to manage rigorous inventory and contract tracking are essential to ensure operational efficiency.

Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to interact easily with various service providers and internal departments. Mastery of fleet management software is a major asset to successfully carry out your missions.
