The role

ACTUAL Banque is recruiting for one of its clients, a major European player in the banking sector, a Leasing Contract Management Officer (M/F) for a 3-month temporary assignment (renewable up to 18 months).

As part of your mission, your tasks will consist of

Managing the contracts entrusted to you, taking into account their specificities and in compliance with the rules, procedures, and deadlines in force within the company. (administrative modifications, issuing certificates, accounting adjustments)
Participating in the development of scripts and operating procedures and in the implementation of new products.
Handling incoming/outgoing telephone calls.
Participating in the continuous improvement of Customer Service.

Additional information:

Hourly rate: 14.5€
Schedule: 35 hours per week

The profile we're looking for

You must hold a Bac +2/3 degree, complemented by at least 6 months of successful experience in customer relations, management, or banking (internships & apprenticeships included).

You are a serious, rigorous person who enjoys teamwork.
