Schedule: 35h over 4.5 days (Long weekend or Wednesday afternoon off!)

Salary: €2,100 to €2,268 gross/month (depending on profile)

The Challenge to take on

September 2026 is fast approaching, and with it, the mandatory transition to electronic invoicing! To handle this digital shift with ease, we must urgently clear a backlog of approximately 2,000 supplier invoices.

To succeed in this final sprint, we are looking for 2 Accounting Warriors ready to join our team temporarily!

Your daily life with us

No time to get bored here! Your mission will be fast-paced and focused on efficiency

• Register invoices in the IT tool and enter missing information,
• Ensure the verification and validation of invoices and simple, recurring credit notes for stocked purchases in order to account for them, Monitor and process billing discrepancies.
• Daily use of the PROCONCEPT software.
