The role

We are looking for one of our clients located in Paris 13, an Apple Mobile Fleet Manager (M/F) for a 6-month renewable mission.

Tasks

Management of the deployment of the entire APPLE fleet (iPhone and iPad) of the group
Coordination, assistance, and monitoring of the mobile fleet (10,000 users)
Maintenance and repair of the APPLE fleet and DELL and HP laptops
Implementation of procedures for users and the support team
Management of mobile lines for Orange Business, SFR Business, and Bouygues
Enrollment of iPhones and iPads with MDM and AirWatch
User reception and support
Management of stocks, orders, and preparation of IT equipment
Management of meeting rooms
Processing and tracking of tickets and incidents via Service Now
IT and telephony assistance for the Group's Premium VIPs

The profile we're looking for

Apple certification mandatory. Experience in mobile fleet management, user support in a demanding environment.
