Your main missions will be as follows

Contract management: You will ensure the monitoring and entry of contracts as well as timesheets using the specialized software PIXID.

Collaboration: You will work in close synergy with temporary employment agencies to streamline administrative processes.

Mobility: This position involves occasional travel to Île-de-France and Brittany.

The profile we're looking for

To excel as a Contract Manager (m/f), you demonstrate exemplary rigor and an excellent sense of organization in the administrative monitoring of your files.

The candidate has a background in human resources, supplemented by significant experience in a similar position.

Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you master office tools, especially Excel, and know how to show diplomacy and responsiveness to ensure compliance with contractual clauses.

Your ability to work with complete autonomy while maintaining a strong team spirit will be a major asset for succeeding in this mission.
