ACTUAL TOULOUSE RESTAURATION is looking for one of its clients, a medicalized residence for semi-autonomous people, for a Community Cook M/F

We are looking for one of our clients for a cook to participate in the preparation of meals intended for the establishment's residents.

Within a catering team, you contribute to offering quality cuisine, adapted to the nutritional needs and dietary requirements of the elderly.

Your main missions

Prepare and cook meals in compliance with established menus.
Carry out hot and cold preparations.
Adapt textures and preparations to different dietary requirements (pureed, minced, salt-free).
Respect hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and your workstation.
Participate in the receipt and inspection of goods.
Ensure the taste quality and presentation of meals.

The profile we're looking for

You hold a training in cooking (CAP/BEP or equivalent).

You have confirmed initial experience in collective catering or in a medico-social establishment.

You master the rules of hygiene and food safety.

You are organized, rigorous and enjoy teamwork.

You are sensitive to the well-being of the elderly and their specific needs.

Salary 12.50€/h to 14€/h
Hours 07:30-14:00 and 16:00-19:30
