The role

We are currently looking for an Institutional Cook (M/F) to strengthen the team of one of our clients.

Your missions:

Prepare and cook dishes in compliance with established menus
Carry out hot and cold culinary preparations
Ensure the setup and plating of meals
Respect hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP)
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of your workstation and equipment

Place of mission: Saint-Malo

Start date: As soon as possible
Contract duration: 1 month renewable
Schedule: Work during the week and on weekends, during the day and/or in the evening

Remuneration: 12,96 € gross/hour

The profile we're looking for

You have a first successful experience in collective or traditional cooking.
You master basic culinary techniques.
You know the hygiene and food safety standards.
You are organized, rigorous and enjoy teamwork.
You are dynamic and know how to manage periods of high activity.
