Job offer : Sous-chef (M/F)

For a restaurant specializing in Niçoise cuisine based in Nice West where everything is homemade, we are looking for a Sous Chef (M/F).

Under the responsibility of the Chef and the Sous Chef, you will participate in all production

• mise en place, - preparation of dishes, - service delivery, - compliance with technical sheets and hygiene rules (HACCP).

Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI). 5 days out of 7, with 2 consecutive days off (depending on schedule and time of year). Service with split shifts. Remuneration: from €14 gross/hour, depending on profile and experience. Tips: 20% of tips donated to the kitchen. Meals provided and 100% covered, not deducted.

Ideally holding a culinary qualification, you have experience in the kitchen, ideally in Mediterranean cuisine or in a restaurant. You are recognized for your rigor, your organization, and your sense of teamwork. You have a taste for homemade cooking. You are autonomous and punctual (M/F).
