The role
The Actual group is recruiting for its client, the leading bank in the eurozone, a Customer Advisor (M/F) in amicable debt collection.
Working with a private clientele, you will join the existing team of remote advisors and will be trained for the position.
Your role will be to call clients experiencing payment difficulties regarding their credit file in order to offer them solutions so they can resume regular monthly payments.
Position based in Mérignac. 35h/week. Remuneration at 12.54€/h + 13th month + access to the company restaurant. Long-term assignment expected.
The profile we're looking for
With a higher education degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3), you have a successful first experience (internship and work-study included) in debt collection or remote customer relations on financial topics. Ideally, you have already worked in the banking/insurance sector.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to effectively understand the clients' situation to propose adapted solutions to guarantee the payment of monthly installments.
