Job offer : Sole Accountant and HR (M/F)

Reporting directly to the General Management, you will join a company located in Gennevilliers (92). You will take charge of the complete and autonomous management of accounting monitoring, personnel administration, and company reporting. Your main missions revolve around the following areas: General Accounting: Ensure the entry and control of current operations, manage invoices and collections, perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and prepare closings in liaison with the chartered accountant. Reporting and steering: Set up and monitor dashboards (turnover, costs, key indicators), analyze variances, and provide regular summaries to management. Human Resources and Payroll: Manage personnel administration (contracts, files, entries/exits), prepare and check payroll variables, monitor absences/leaves, and ensure the interface with the payroll firm and social organizations. Organization and digital tools: Formalize procedures, structure information in a reliable and confidential manner, and automate repetitive tasks by relying on Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

With a Bac + 2 degree in Accounting, Management, or HR, you have proven experience in accounting and administrative management, complemented by a good command of payroll mechanisms and personnel administration.

Particularly comfortable with digital tools (excellent command of Excel), you have practical experience with AI applied to accounting, administration, or HR.

Endowed with an excellent analytical capacity, you know how to produce clear reports to inform management decisions.

Benefits & Conditions Contract: CDI, full-time, to be filled quickly. Location: Gennevilliers (92). Remuneration: Between 40 k€ and 45 k€ gross annual (depending on profile and experience).
