As part of its development, our client is looking for a Human Resources Officer (M/F) on a CDI basis, based in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray.

Reporting directly to the Group Human Resources Manager, you will occupy a key function, combining operational management, recruitment, and participation in the company's HR projects.

Your missionsPersonnel administration 60% of your activity

As a true point of contact for daily HR topics, you will ensure with complete autonomy

Drafting employment contracts and amendments. Monitoring trial periods and contractual deadlines. Organizing and monitoring medical examinations. Administrative management of employees and monitoring their business travel. Updating and ensuring the reliability of personnel files. Compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations. Time management and payroll preparation

You will also be involved in

Monitoring and checking working hours. Managing and checking expense reports. Collecting, entering, and verifying payroll variables. Using the company's HR management software. Recruitment and HR development

In close collaboration with the Group HR Manager, you will actively participate in:

Internal recruitment, from identifying needs to monitoring applications. Integrating new employees. Implementing new HR projects and tools. Continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. Your role is not limited to executing tasks: you are a source of proposals and actively contribute to the evolution of the HR function.

The profile we are looking for

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or Social Law. You have a successful experience of 2 to 5 years in a generalist or operational HR function. Ideally, you have already worked in direct connection with an HR Manager or HR Director, with a real level of autonomy. You master the fundamentals of personnel administration, time management, and the preparation of variable payroll elements. You are particularly comfortable with IT tools and HR software. Knowledge of the Syntec collective agreement is an asset. Beyond your skills, it is your personality that will make the difference!
