Job offer : Metalwork Team Leader (M/F)

The Actual agency is looking for a Metalwork Team Leader (M/F) for a position based in VIMARTIN SUR ORTHE (53160). Reporting to the metalwork workshop, you will have a central role in leading a production team while managing production contingencies.

In this capacity, your main missions will be

• Organize production and work methods;
• Supervise and lead the metalwork team (approximately 5 employees);
• Read blueprints;
• Ensure that production methods are compliant and correctly applied;
• Ensure compliance with activity-related requirements (quantity, deadline, quality, cost);
• Optimize production flows;
• Participate in manufacturing (drilling, sawing);
• Participate in the activity improvement project;
• Perform 1st level machine maintenance;
• Ensure coordination with the assembly workshop and the warehouse;
• Respect and enforce health and safety rules;
• Train new arrivals.

This position is to be filled as soon as possible. You will work on a 35-hour per week basis during daytime hours.

With a Bac +2 degree (or significant experience), you have technical skills in the metalworking field and ideally justify at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar position within an SME environment.
