A crêpe production team leader (M/F)

Your daily missions

As a true field representative, you supervise your team's activity while complying with safety and quality standards. You ensure the operational management of production, packaging, or shipping while supporting your employees in developing their skills.

You will work in 3x8 shifts, including weekends.

Remuneration & benefits: hourly rate 15.47 + bonuses (meal allowance, clothing allowance, shift differentials)

The ideal profile possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to solve complex problems with responsiveness. Proficiency in production monitoring tools and a Bac+2 level education in management or technical fields are highly appreciated to support the skill development of your team.
