The role

Are you a roofing professional passionate about the field and management? The Actual agency is recruiting a Roofing Team Leader for small repair sites (m/f) for a permanent position based in Paris 75007.

Your main missions

In complete autonomy, you will carry out various roofing projects: roof section repairs, zinc work, gutter installation and roof window installation (Velux type). You will also intervene on repairs and waterproofing.

Your leadership role

A true conductor, you will supervise your partner and distribute tasks on the site. You will be the privileged contact for clients to explain the work, ensure follow-up and carry out the technical visits necessary for drawing up quotes. You will also play a key role in the recruitment and integration of future team talents.

Practical information

The profile we're looking for

To fill the position of Roofing Team Leader (m/f), we are looking for a seasoned professional with solid experience of 6 to 10 years in the field.

The ideal candidate must hold a Level V qualification

BEP/CAP or equivalent, DRIVING LICENSE B attesting to their fundamental technical skills.
