For our client, a recognized specialist based in Plaisance-du-Touch, ACTUAL LOGISTIQUE is looking for a Team Leader (M/F) on a temporary basis to cover a long-term replacement, with potential for more. Position to be filled as soon as possible.

Main missions

Supervision & Fieldwork: Be present alongside the teams to guide, train, and support them on a daily basis.
Work organization: Manage and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Team management: Monitor staff and manage hours.
Safety: Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and internal guidelines on site.

Organization & Conditions

Afternoon / evening hours: 13:20 21:00.

Remuneration: Hourly rate to be negotiated according to profile, with 10% IFM + 10% ICP.

Successful experience in local management or team leadership (ideally in logistics or a technical environment).
