## **The role**

We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative (m/f)** in the Bernay area.

Ideally a first experience in this field within La Poste.

### <u>*Your main missions include:*</u>

- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism
- Master customer relations to ensure their satisfaction
- Manage physical and telephone reception efficiently
- Take charge of requests and respond to them with responsiveness
- Advise and direct customers to specialized contacts according to their needs

### **Contract:** Weekly, renewable

**Remuneration:** €12.31 per hour

## **The profile we're looking for**

The position of **Customer Service Representative (m/f)** requires a candidate with strong adaptability and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a person with a level of experience of **1 to 2 years** in a similar role, capable of effectively managing customer requests.
