The role

- A driver reception assistant (M/F)
Your missions
Welcome drivers upon their arrival and guide them on site.
Register drivers and their arrival in the tracking tool.
Receive, verify, and process transport documents.
Ensure administrative follow-up of receipts and shipments.
Liaise with operations teams to organize driver handling.
- Similar experience desired
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Gross hourly rate: 12.31€
The profile we're looking for
To fill the position of Driver reception administrative assistant (M/F), we are looking for an organized and dynamic person, ideally with similar experience in a driver reception role.
We expect excellent command of office tools as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all employees. Your rigor, sense of confidentiality, and initiative will be decisive assets.
