This recruitment is part of a team reinforcement within a site in full dynamic evolution. Reporting to the Quality and Environment Manager, your challenge is to promote the quality culture at the heart of the workshops. If you have a technical profile (DUT/BUT GMP or equivalent), this is an ideal opportunity to express your potential, develop your skills in recognized industrial methodologies, and make a difference with pedagogy and proximity.
Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows
Support production teams to quickly identify and understand small manufacturing defects.
Ensure compliance with part quality and stop or isolate a batch in case of doubt to avoid sending non-compliant parts.
Participate in analysis meetings to find the causes of problems and propose simple and effective solutions.
Discover and gradually apply problem-solving methods used in the automotive industry (such as 5 Whys or Ishikawa).
Record and track observed anomalies to keep a clear history of improvement actions.
Conduct field visits to verify that best practices are applied and help newcomers integrate them.

Experience and Education
Bac+2 / Bac+3 level diploma in Mechanical and Production Engineering (DUT/BUT GMP) or in the field of quality/industry.
Young graduate profile accepted with training provided, or confirmed experience in an industrial environment.
Technical skills
Aptitude for or mastery of problem-solving tools (5P, 8D, Ishikawa).
Ability to perform workstation audits and apply operational standards.
Ease with digital tools and intermediate level of English.
Behavioral skills
Solid interpersonal skills, pedagogy, and proximity posture with production.
Assertiveness, diplomacy, and communication skills to convey messages skillfully.
Autonomy, proactivity, rigor, and a strong analytical mind.
