The role

Ready to boost your career start in the industry?

We welcome you.

We train you and support you in the field!

This recruitment is part of a team reinforcement within a site in full dynamic evolution. Reporting to the Quality and Environment Manager, your challenge is to promote the quality culture at the heart of the workshops. If you have a technical profile (DUT/BUT GMP or equivalent), this is an ideal opportunity to express your potential, develop your skills in recognized industrial methodologies, and make a difference with pedagogy and proximity.

Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

Support production teams to quickly identify and understand small manufacturing defects.

Ensure compliance with part quality and stop or isolate a batch in case of doubt to avoid sending non-compliant parts.

Participate in analysis meetings to find the causes of problems and propose simple and effective solutions.

Discover and gradually apply problem-solving methods used in the automotive industry (such as 5 Whys or Ishikawa).

Record and track observed anomalies to keep a clear history of improvement actions.

Conduct field visits to verify that best practices are applied and help newcomers integrate them.

The profile we're looking for

Each rich and committed background brings real added value to the team. Whether you are a recent graduate from a technical program (DUT/BUT GMP, Quality) ready to learn or a profile already with initial experience, it is above all your energy, your curiosity, and your field-oriented approach that will make the difference.

Experience and Training

Degree at Bac+2 / Bac+3 level in Mechanical and Production Engineering (DUT/BUT GMP) or in the field of quality/industry.

Recent graduate profile accepted with training provided, or confirmed experience in an industrial environment.

Technical skills

Aptitude for or mastery of problem-solving tools (5P, 8D, Ishikawa).

Ability to carry out workstation audits and apply operating standards.

Ease with digital tools and intermediate level of English.

Behavioral skills

Solid interpersonal skills, pedagogy, and a proximity-based approach with production.

Assertiveness, diplomacy, and communication skills to convey messages skillfully.

Autonomy, proactivity, rigor, and a strong analytical mind.
