Job offer : Quality Coordinator (M/F)

This recruitment is part of the strengthening of the team within a structure undergoing reconstruction. Reporting directly to the Quality and Environment Manager, the challenge of your position is to lead a real acculturation process with operational teams, to raise awareness, and to durably install rigorous quality methods in the field.

Your daily life: supporting operational teams in performing first-level defect analysis and ensuring flow compliance. You must trigger alerts and secure sectors in close collaboration with production to preserve process quality and product quality on a daily basis using problem-solving methods (5P, 8D, or Ishikawa).

You actively participate in incident analysis, the construction and monitoring of corrective action plans. You ensure the traceability of events and manage each non-conformity identified via the factory's monitoring plan. Your tasks also include conducting audits of operational standards in the field, particularly for new arrivals, to secure professional practices.

Experience and Training

Training ideally at Bac+3 level in the field of quality or industry.

Minimum 5 years of experience acquired in an industrial environment.

Technical skills

Solid mastery of problem-solving tools such as 5P, 8D, or Ishikawa.

Proven ability to conduct audits directly in the field.

Mastery of digital tools and intermediate level of English.

Behavioral skills

Leadership and communication skills to engage production.

Assertiveness and diplomacy to manage alerts with skill.

Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong analytical mind.

Proposed conditions

Remuneration: From 30K€ to 40K€ / year depending on profile.
