The role

The context:Actual Talent is recruiting for an IT integrator, recognized for its quality of work life. As part of a newly created position linked to business growth, you will join a 4-person technical support team under participative management.

Your missions:

Handle and resolve level 1 and 2 hardware, system, and network incidents for client companies.
Follow all incident tickets through to closure and ensure user satisfaction.
Participate in maintenance operations, updates, and continuous improvement of procedures.
Collaborate with application support teams and cloud/infrastructure experts for technical escalations.
Ensure service availability windows and participate in the on-call rotation system.

The profile we're looking for

Your profile:

Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree in IT (Professional License, Master's, Engineering School, AIS Professional Title).
Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar position in technical support or managed services.
Skills: Proficiency in system environments (Windows, Office365, Intune) and networks (VLAN, TCP/IP, MFA).
Soft skills: Customer service orientation, rigor, team spirit, and good communication.
