Bizness: tailor-made training that changes practices, not just schedules.
Management, sales, customer relations, soft skills: for over 17 years, we have been designing learning paths aligned with your business challenges.

When you train your teams, resources are good. Results are better.
A budget spent, days blocked out, sign-in sheets signed: this is what many organizations know how to measure. What they see on the ground three months later, however, is often less clear and rarely measured at all.
The problem isn't the goodwill of the teams. It is that top-down training transforms almost nothing: we transmit knowledge, we do not build a reflex. And a reflex that is not built is a skill that has never been acquired.
We have been reinventing training for over 17 years so that it stops being a cost and becomes a driver: upskilling experiences aligned with your business and human challenges, designed to transform practices and to prove it.

Train, digitalize, modernize.
Train
Management, sales, customer relations, soft skills: learning paths designed around your professions and standards, led by coaches who know your environments. From in-person to blended, with practice at the core.
Digitalize
Digitalization of your existing content, tailor-made learning platforms, module creation tools, training simulators: digital serving knowledge retention, not just checking boxes.
Modernize
Consulting, redesign of your instructional design, digitalization strategy: we help you develop your training program as a whole: methods, formats, tools, governance.
Our promise
Next-generation training, with impact.

The learner experience.
The right learning mix for each audience: individualization, peer-to-peer learning, in-person and digital formats. An engaged learner learns; a spectator learner waits for the break.

Taking action.
A pragmatic approach, professional standards as a foundation, line managers fully involved, practice and follow-up over time. Reflexes are acquired by doing.
Expertise.
Coaches and instructional designers who master your environments and professions, and real expertise in managing strategic projects. Tailor-made starts with understanding what your teams actually do.

Measuring impact.
KPIs defined upfront, skills assessed before and after, satisfaction and learning outcomes measured, impact evaluated immediately then at 3 and 12 months. Training is R.O.I.: we prove it to you.
Responsibility.
Managing the environmental impact of our programs, social and societal commitment, inclusion and diversity. Training better does not justify training carelessly.
With indicators defined before starting, an upfront skills assessment, and then immediate and post-training measurements at 3 months, then 12. It is more demanding than a satisfaction questionnaire at the end of a session, and it is the only way to know if something has actually changed. If a lever isn't working, we see it and correct it.
More expensive upfront than a catalog, yes. Cheaper in the long run: generic training forgotten in three weeks is the most expensive of all. As for timelines, the design process is highly structured (dedicated instructional designers, reusable building blocks, structured co-creation): it moves fast because it is streamlined, and remains unique because it starts from your standards.
Often yes, and it is actually the most cost-effective path: we audit what you have, keep what works, and digitalize or redesign the rest. Starting from scratch is only good advice when it is actually necessary.
Skills that last. Results you can see.
Consistent practices, at scale.
Managers, salespeople, advisors: from headquarters to the field, the same reflexes and the same standards.
An anchoring that survives the return to the job.
Practice, involved managers, follow-up: skills become part of daily work, not left in a binder.
A managed investment.
KPIs, post-training assessments, adjustments: you know what the training changed and what it delivered.

A specific need in mind?
Designing a program dedicated to your company: tailor-made training. Upskilling your teams with vocational and certifying pathways: professional training. Securing regulatory skills: certificates and accreditations.

Training that is forgotten is an expense. A skill that sticks is an investment
Our entire method lies in this difference.
We train to transform. So that every employee becomes a driver of your performance, and not just the holder of a certificate. This requires designing from your business lines, practicing rather than lecturing, getting managers on board, and measuring what changes. It is more demanding than a catalog. It is also the only way to keep the promise.
