Some jobs disappear, others emerge. Between the two, there are people.

Automation, energy and digital transitions, shifting markets: some of your jobs are transforming, others will fade away. You already know it, your employees do too, and that concern weighs on your teams long before any reorganization.

Faced with this, there are two paths. Endure: wait, then urgently manage poorly handled departures and lost skills. Or organize: build right now the bridges that bring your employees' experience toward jobs that are hiring—first within your company, elsewhere when necessary.

Our conviction: your teams' experience is an asset, not a legacy cost. Well supported, a career transition is not an end. It is a transfer of value.

Anticipation

This job won't exist here in 3 years

You see the transformation coming. It's the best time to act: skills assessment, bridges to your hiring roles, qualifying courses... anticipated career transition is the one that succeeds.

Outplacement

A reorganization forces departures. I want them to bounce back

When parting ways is inevitable, the manner matters twice as much. Structured outplacement helps each person find a new job and shows those who stay who you really are.

VAE

20 years of experience, no diploma to prove it

Your experienced employees are worth more than their CVs. VAE transforms their experience into a recognized certification for their pride, their mobility, and your qualification requirements.

Re-engagement

A good employee is running out of steam. I don't want to lose them

Loss of meaning, burnout, desire for change: a skills assessment is better than a resignation. Gaining clarity often allows someone to find their place again—sometimes elsewhere in the company, rarely very far away.

The solutions

4 structured programs. The same rigor.

The skills assessment

Three regulatory phases: preliminary, investigation, conclusion, conducted 100% individually with a dedicated consultant, in person close to home or remotely. The output: a formalized project, a concrete action plan, a confidential summary report. And a 6-month follow-up, because a useful assessment is one that gets implemented.

Qualifying training courses

When the bridge requires new skills, a qualifying training course leads to the target job, designed around the real needs of the job market—which we know intimately because we recruit for it every day.

Validation of Prior Learning (VAE)

From eligibility to the panel presentation: personalized support (up to 48 hours) to convert experience into an RNCP-registered certification: diploma, professional title, or skill blocks. Structuring evidence, oral prep, post-certification follow-up.

Outplacement

Individual support towards returning to work: project, applications, networking, interview preparation, backed by our knowledge of local employment hubs and hiring companies. Because we know better than anyone where the jobs are.

A successful transition is first and foremost that of the employee.

You don't retrain someone against their will; you support them in building what comes next. That is why every program rests on the same foundation: a dedicated consultant, a 100% individual and confidential framework, accessible in-person locations close to home, and long-term follow-up.

This framework is not a luxury: it is the condition for effectiveness. A person who feels confident truly explores, truly chooses, and truly commits. And a chosen project gets achieved, whereas a forced project sabotages itself.

A job may end. A professional life does not.

Our job: building the bridge between the two.

We believe that work must serve people including, and especially, when it changes. A company is also judged by how it supports those whose roles change or end. Handled well, this challenge can become your strongest proof: that with you, no one is an adjustment variable.
