Job offer : Technical Sales Representative in Agronomy (M/F)

Within a team of about ten employees specialized in plant production, you will have the opportunity to combine technical expertise, field consulting, commercial development, and facilitation.

Missions

• Develop the agronomy business and build loyalty among your portfolio of farmers;
• Advise and support farmers in their technical and agronomic choices;
• Promote and sell services such as consulting, decision-making tools, diagnostics, training, and technical services;
• Monitor observation plots as part of the BSV as well as monitor experimental trials;
• Design, organize, and lead technical training sessions for farmers;
• Participate in leading technical groups and information meetings;
• Ensure technical and economic monitoring of plant sectors in order to propose solutions adapted to the challenges of the farms.

A position close to the field

This position is aimed at a professional who appreciates contact with farmers and field observation as much as technical analysis, knowledge transfer, and the development of new services.

You will be a true local technical contact, capable of transforming your expertise into concrete solutions for farms.

Profile sought

• Education level Bac +3 to Bac +5 in agronomy or plant production.
• Experience in agricultural consulting appreciated, with solid knowledge of cropping systems and plant production techniques.
• Good observation, listening, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Mastery of office tools (Pack Office).
• Certiphyto desired
