## **The role**
**Do you want to put your agronomic expertise at the service of more efficient and sustainable agriculture?**
Join a recognized structure in the agricultural world, committed alongside farmers to support them in the evolution of their practices, the performance of their cropping systems, and the agroecological transition.
Within a team of about **ten employees specialized in plant production,** you will have the opportunity to combine technical expertise, field consulting, commercial development, and facilitation.
**Missions**
- **Develop the agronomy business and build loyalty among your portfolio of farmers;**
- **Advise and support farmers** in their technical and agronomic choices;
- **Promote and sell services** such as consulting, decision-making tools, diagnostics, training, and technical services;
- **Monitor observation plots** as part of the BSV as well as monitor experimental trials;
- **Design, organize, and lead technical training sessions** for farmers;
- **Participate in leading technical groups and information meetings;**
- **Ensure technical and economic monitoring** of plant sectors in order to propose solutions adapted to the challenges of the farms.
### **A position close to the field**
This position is aimed at a professional who appreciates contact with farmers and field observation as much as technical analysis, knowledge transfer, and the development of new services.
You will be a true local technical contact, capable of transforming your expertise into concrete solutions for farms.
## **The profile we're looking for**
### **Profile sought**
- **Education level Bac +3 to Bac +5 in agronomy or plant production.**
- **Experience in agricultural consulting appreciated,** with **solid knowledge of cropping systems and plant production techniques.**
- **Good observation, listening, analytical, and synthesis skills.**
- **Mastery of office tools (Pack Office).**
- **Certiphyto desired**
**Conditions**
- Remuneration: 29 to 38 K€ gross annual fixed according to profile and experience
