Job offer : Stove Technician (M/F)

Join our teams as a Stove Technician (M/F) in Fleury-sur-Orne! Actual is looking for a passionate and rigorous professional to support our clients in the maintenance and servicing of their heating systems. If you have a sense of service and technical expertise in pellet or wood stoves, this permanent contract (CDI) position is for you.

Your daily missions

You will intervene at private homes to carry out periodic maintenance, including chimney sweeping, complete cleaning, and safety checks. You will also ensure the diagnosis and repair of pellet and wood stoves. Beyond the technical aspect, you will be the guarantor of customer satisfaction by providing advice on equipment use, setting optimization, and fuel choice. Strict compliance with fire safety standards and current regulations (DTU) is at the heart of your practice.

The profile we are looking for

You have significant initial experience in after-sales service for stoves or heating. Holding a technical diploma (CAP, BEP, or BAC), you are autonomous and rigorous. Skills in chimney work or electrical authorizations (BR) would be a real asset. You are recognized for your dynamism, team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills. A B driving license is essential for your daily travel.
