
Job offer : Optical Etching Treatment Technician (M/F)
The role
Job Essentials:
The job holder performs masking operations via photolithography and etching, before or after deposition, in compliance with production objectives and related rules and procedures. They adapt process parameters according to customer specifications and are responsible for the conformity of their production.
Your Missions:
- Receive parts to be processed, read and perform a critical analysis of the manufacturing file.
- Adjust equipment parameters (spincoater, mask aligner) and/or etching procedures.
- Perform tests to validate parameters for new production runs.
- Carry out production operations inherent to the process flow, in compliance with the production schedule and according to their versatility.
- Record parameters during production.
- Ensure the conformity of production to customer specifications, according to established procedures and using appropriate equipment (microscope, binocular...), and fill out quality documentation.
- Perform 1st level maintenance operations according to established schedules (preventive, maintenance/cleaning of equipment and workstation, renewal of consumables...).
- Contribute to the resolution of common production incidents (machine breakdowns, non-conformities...) in collaboration with the various internal stakeholders concerned (maintenance, quality...).
- Apply Group procedures, standards, and operating rules (ranges, internal regulations, QSE rules, instructions for using production means...).
- Be proactive in terms of continuous improvement and participate in working groups if necessary.

Profile Sought:
Technical Skills
- Mastery of production processes implemented within their scope.
- Understanding of production documentation.
- Knowledge and application of QSE procedures and rules applicable within their scope.
- Skills sought: Optical surface treatment (anti-reflective, solid thin film deposition), Etching/manufacturing techniques (Etching, Lithography - photolithography), and potentially 3D printing (in the context of optical microfabrication or prototypes).
- Experience working in a cleanroom and handling fragile elements under a microscope/binocular.
