Job offer : Workshop Hydraulic Technician (M/F)

The Essentials of the Position: Join a human-sized team where your technical expertise will make the difference. As a Workshop Hydraulic Technician, you will work on varied equipment and contribute directly to the reliability and quality of the work produced in the workshop.

Your Main Missions

Assembly and Integration

Assemble, connect, and integrate hydraulic sub-assemblies and systems (pumps, motors, cylinders, distributors).

Work independently on mechanical preparation, tube bending, and hose crimping.

Quality and Compliance

Perform pressure tests, diagnostics, and meticulous correction of hydraulic circuits.

Ensure the decontamination, cleaning, and perfect finishing of systems after each intervention.

Ensure strict compliance with current standards, internal procedures, and safety rules (handling pressurized fluids).

Analysis and Continuous Improvement

Read and interpret plans, hydraulic diagrams, bills of materials, and manufacturing files with precision.

Actively participate in the continuous improvement of your workstation by optimizing your intervention methods.

Working Conditions

Full-time position.

Profile Sought

Experience: You have proven experience of at least 2 years in mounting, assembling, or maintaining hydraulic equipment.

Technical Skills

Excellent command of reading plans, hydraulic/mechanical diagrams, and bills of materials.

Good knowledge of fluid mechanics and connectors. Skills in electro-hydraulics or pneumatics are a real plus.

Proven ability to check the compliance of a hydraulic assembly and perform tests on test benches.

Soft Skills

You are recognized for your manual dexterity, precision, and great attention to detail in execution.

You demonstrate rigor and seriousness, with a sense of detail oriented towards the quality of the final product.

Autonomous, you also possess an excellent team spirit and communicate effectively with your colleagues.
