Job offer : Maintenance Technician (M/F)

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (70% travel) on behalf of one of our clients.

Reporting to the after-sales service team, you will intervene directly at client sites to ensure the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.

The position is particularly field-oriented, with approximately 70% travel.

In this capacity, your main missions will be to

Diagnose breakdowns and identify equipment malfunctions; Identify defective components and parts; Propose technical solutions adapted to the problems encountered; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations; Replace or repair defective elements; Verify equipment warranty conditions; Write intervention reports and ensure their transmission; Participate in the monitoring of stocks and spare parts; Control costs related to interventions that may be subject to invoicing; Ensure a quality customer relationship during your interventions.

Coming from a technical training background such as Bac Pro Maintenance of Industrial Equipment, Bac Pro Maintenance Technician for Energy and Climate Systems, or BTS Maintenance of Systems, you ideally have initial experience in maintenance or after-sales service.

You have good technical knowledge, particularly in mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics.

You are comfortable with diagnosing breakdowns, reading plans or diagrams, and using test and measurement equipment. Proficiency in technical English is a plus for understanding manufacturer documentation.

Beyond your technical skills, you appreciate customer contact and are capable of representing the company with professionalism during your interventions.

Autonomous, organized, and endowed with a good sense of observation, you particularly appreciate working in an itinerant role and the diversity of interventions.
