Job offer : Maintenance Technician (M/F)

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) for our client based in Douarnenez.

Main activities

• Troubleshooting equipment (process and infrastructure) internally or in collaboration with service providers
• Reviewing Intervention Requests established by the Manager
• Consulting with production regarding the defect/problem encountered
• Carrying out investigations into the causes of malfunctions
• Withdrawing new parts from stock and recording entries/exits in the CMMS software
• Replacing components if necessary
  
• Performing programming modifications if necessary
  
• Performing adjustments and ensuring the return to production
  
• Entering intervention data into the CMMS
  
• Organizing work to limit machine downtime
• Performing annual preventive maintenance according to the established schedule
  
• Performing periodic maintenance of equipment
  
• Assisting service providers during regulatory inspections
• Participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
  
• Participating in Continuous Improvement trials

Contract & work environment

• hours: 3x8 shifts with weekend on-call duty
• Production environment Night hours increased by 50% + Shift bonus + Dressing bonus + Benefits (subject to conditions):

• Bac +2 level in Industrial Maintenance and Automation or Electrotechnics
• Up-to-date electrical certifications
• Knowledge of CMMS and IT
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics
• Knowledge of handling and lifting
