Itinerant Public Works / Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician (M/F)

The role

The Essentials of the Position: Join a company belonging to an international group of nearly 350 employees, expert in the design and maintenance of sanitation equipment, high-pressure cleaning equipment, and Public Works machinery.

As an itinerant Technician, you will intervene directly on construction sites and client sites to ensure the troubleshooting, durability, and proper functioning of their machines.

Your Main Missions: On-site Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of specific equipment (sanitation equipment, Public Works equipment, high-pressure systems) directly at client sites.

Intervene with complete autonomy on a wide technical diversity: mechanics, electricity, welding, hydraulics, high pressure, and pneumatics.

Control and Monitoring: Perform end-of-work checks (visual and technical tests) to ensure compliance and safety before returning to service.

Rigorously fill out and sign maintenance work sheets. Working Conditions: ETAM status. 39-hour weekly base (7:40 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM).

Organization with one Friday off every two weeks as RTT (the working Friday ends at 4:30 PM).

The profile we're looking for

Profile Sought: Training / Experience: From a technical background (CAP/BEP/Bac Pro) in mechanics or machinery maintenance, you have at least 3 years of successful experience in the maintenance of Public Works, agricultural, or heavy goods vehicle machinery.

Skills: Mastery of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, mechanics, and reading plans. A B license is essential for traveling.

Soft skills: Autonomous, rigorous, motivated, and endowed with an excellent sense of customer service and a good ability to adapt to field contingencies.
