Job offer : Professional Kitchen Technician (M/F)

Your mission will be to carry out the assembly and troubleshooting of equipment (industrial kitchen equipment) belonging to our clients.

A. Installation and commissioning

Receive, position, and install equipment (cooking, refrigeration, dishwashing, ventilation, preparation equipment). Perform technical connections to the various networks (electricity, gas, water, drainage, refrigerants). Carry out adjustments, functional tests, and commissioning of the appliances. Train users (cooks, managers) on safety instructions and basic equipment usage.

B. Maintenance and troubleshooting (After-sales service)

Diagnose breakdowns and identify malfunctions (electrical, refrigeration, mechanical, or gas). Perform on-site repairs or replace defective parts. Carry out planned preventive maintenance operations (leak checks, descaling, verification of safety components). Draft and have intervention reports/summaries validated via a digital tool (tablet/smartphone).

C. Customer relations and advice

Represent the company to the client with an impeccable sense of service. Advise clients on equipment maintenance, compliance with standards, or equipment renewal. Estimate and establish repair or replacement quotes if necessary.

Profile: from BEP to technical bac +2 (electricity, energy, etc.), with initial experience of at least 3 years in professional kitchens or refrigeration.

Mandatory authorizations and certifications

Driving license B mandatory (daily travel to sites).

Up-to-date electrical authorizations (BC, BR, B1V/B2V, etc.).

Certificate of aptitude for handling refrigerants (category 1 recommended).

Authorizations/certifications for gas interventions (depending on profile)
