HVAC and Plumbing Designer (M/F)

The role

We are looking for an HVAC Designer for our client in Toulouse.

As an HVAC-Plumbing Designer (M/F), you will join a dynamic team; this opportunity is for you! In direct contact with the design office manager and the client, your main role will be to lead the study and implementation of new or renovated building projects.

Your responsibilities

Technical analysis: Gather information, analyze needs, and technical files (CCTP, DCE).

Calculations and Sizing: Perform pressure drop (PdC) calculation notes and sizing for air handling, hydraulics, plumbing, and smoke extraction.

Modeling and Plans: Design diagrams and synoptics, create network routing plans, terminal layouts, technical rooms, and formulate reservation requests.

Regulation and Synthesis: Take into account regulatory, aesthetic, and functional aspects. Integrate synthesis modifications (knowledge or participation in technical synthesis is an asset).

Execution files: Build and draft technical execution and manufacturing files.

Evolution and cross-functional missions: Performing thermal balances and regulatory calculations would be a plus. Possibility to also intervene at certain clients (Design Office) on modeling during the design phase (APS / APD / PRO).

The profile we're looking for

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills

Training and Software: Holding a DUT/BTS or Professional License CIGC (or equivalent), you must master the use of REVIT 3D, AUTOCAD 2D, SANIWIN, NAVISWORKS, and CLIMAWIN tools.

Technical know-how: Mastery of CCTP, solid knowledge of DTU, and perfect command of current regulations.

Essential soft skills: Team spirit, great adaptability, creativity, and proactive approach to support project optimization.
