Job offer : Maintenance Supervisor (M/F)
The role
Your main missions
Manage maintenance activity: Analyze production issues, verify technical diagnostics, challenge and control service provider interventions to optimize quality and deadlines.
Coordinate and manage maintenance: Lead regular meetings with service providers, monitor the preventive maintenance schedule, and ensure administrative management (reports, intervention sheets, purchase orders, invoicing).
Manage the spare parts stock, address equipment obsolescence, and manage the overall maintenance budget for your perimeter.
Update and optimize tracking tools, particularly the CMMS (GMAO) part.
Start date: As soon as possible
The profile we're looking for
You have technical expertise in maintenance, mechanics, or electromechanics, which ensures the quality of your diagnostics.
You know how to use a CMMS (GMAO).
Endowed with interpersonal skills, you have an assertive posture to challenge external service providers.
You have good analytical, organizational, and priority management skills.
You have a strong team spirit.
