Job offer : Night Logistics Manager (M/F)

Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for logistics? Leader is recruiting a Logistics and Operations Manager (M/F) in Yffiniac to manage a strategic night-time operation.

Your daily missions

As a true conductor, you will ensure the complete management of night-time activity: reception, cross-docking, and loading. You will guarantee the fluidity of operations and the punctuality of flows. You will supervise and lead a dynamic team of about 15 employees, in partnership with a dock manager. You will coordinate exchanges between departments, manage operational contingencies with responsiveness, and ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Finally, you will be a driving force for optimizing our processes and ensure effective reporting to the day teams.

Additional information

The ideal profile:

You have initial successful experience in transport or logistics operations. You are proficient in IT tools (TMS, Excel) and CSR regulations. Endowed with excellent leadership, you are responsive, organized, and enjoy night work.
