Job offer : Lean Manufacturing Manager (M/F)

As a Lean Manufacturing Manager, your main role will be to lead and deploy the Lean strategy within the company to improve industrial performance, reduce waste, and establish a culture of continuous improvement. You will be a key player in transforming production processes and optimizing company operations.

Your missions

• Define and implement the Lean strategy by deploying a detailed plan and establishing Lean standards and tools.

• Analyze and optimize processes by identifying waste and developing continuous improvement solutions.

• Lead and train teams in Lean principles, particularly through Kaizen workshops and improvement projects.

• Manage Lean projects, ensure precise monitoring of KPIs, and measure the gains achieved.

• Propose improvement actions in the areas of organization, ergonomics, quality, safety, environment, and energy.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, industrial organization, or production.

• You have 3 to 5 years of minimum experience in an industrial environment and continuous improvement, with mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools.

• You have solid experience in project management and an ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

• You are comfortable with cross-functional management and have proven skills in communication, facilitation, and pedagogy.

We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership, capable of driving change and uniting teams around continuous improvement projects. You are autonomous, responsive, and have a keen sense of organization. You know how to be proactive and are capable of identifying innovative solutions to improve processes.
