## **The role**

As a Lean Manufacturing Manager, your main role will be to lead and deploy the Lean strategy within the company to improve industrial performance, reduce waste, and establish a culture of continuous improvement. You will be a key player in transforming production processes and optimizing company operations.

### Your missions

- **Define and implement the Lean strategy** by deploying a detailed plan and establishing Lean standards and tools.
- **Analyze and optimize processes** by identifying waste and developing continuous improvement solutions.
- **Lead and train teams** in Lean principles, particularly through Kaizen workshops and improvement projects.
- **Manage Lean projects**, ensure precise monitoring of KPIs, and measure the gains achieved.
- **Propose improvement actions** in the areas of organization, ergonomics, quality, safety, environment, and energy.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- You have a **Bachelor's or Master's degree** in engineering, industrial organization, or production.
- You have **3 to 5 years of minimum experience** in an industrial environment and continuous improvement, with mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools.
- You have solid experience in **project management** and an ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- You are comfortable with **cross-functional management** and have proven skills in communication, facilitation, and pedagogy.

We are looking for a candidate with strong **leadership**, capable of driving change and uniting teams around continuous improvement projects. You are autonomous, responsive, and have a keen sense of organization. You know how to be proactive and are capable of identifying innovative solutions to improve processes.
