The role

The Actual Experts Caen agency, a recognized expert in Mass Retail in Normandy, is looking for one of its clients near Evreux for a passionate talent to fill the position of Bakery/Pastry Manager (M/F).

As a true conductor of the bakery-pastry department, you will ensure the operational and human management of your area. Your main missions include managing a team of 7 employees, rigorously managing schedules, orders, and inventories, as well as closely monitoring the operating account.

You will also put your technical expertise to work in the production and manufacturing of quality products. To succeed in these duties, you must have significant experience in a similar position.

This position, accessible at the supervisor level, is to be filled quickly as a full-time permanent contract (CDI). The proposed remuneration is between 2600€ and 3000€ gross per month (excluding benefits).
