The role
Are you an expert in industrial mechanics and looking for a new challenge in the heart of production? Join our team in Sablé-sur-Sarthe!
As a Setup Operator, you will play a key role within our workshop. Under the responsibility of the Team Leader, you will be the guarantor of technical performance and the quality of our parts on our rolling and heading machines.
Your main missions
Setup and production start-up: You will be in charge of series changes, tool assembly, as well as adjustments to ensure a compliant start. You will collaborate closely with the design and methods office.
Production management: You will operate complex machines (multi-station, double blow) while ensuring production monitoring, material flow management, and feeding your machines, thanks to your mastery of the forklift (CACES R489 category 3 mandatory).
Quality and continuous improvement: You will ensure the conformity of parts via metrology tools and the Brankamp system. Your analytical skills will be called upon to actively participate in process improvement action plans.
Maintenance: You will ensure the operational condition of your workstation (1st level maintenance) and strictly respect 5S standards.
Profile sought
You have solid experience in cold heading and perfectly master the reading of technical drawings. You know how to interpret defects, adjust dimensions, and prevent tool breakage. Your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to work in a team will be your best assets to succeed in this position.
Practical information
The position is to be filled as soon as possible. You will work on a 35-hour per week basis. Do you have the CACES R489 category 3? Do not wait any longer to apply and enhance your technical expertise within a dynamic company!
