The role

As part of its integration activity, the ERGOS MULHOUSE agency is looking for candidates for a warehouse operator training (M/F) with a long-term assignment afterwards!

During training: Start: end of March 2025 Duration: 70H Schedule: Day shift (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM) Remuneration: 11.88e/h + paid leave compensation Training location: ELSASS Formation - 68700 Uffholtz

In the company Start: beginning of April 2025

Duration of the assignment: up to 16 months with the possibility of being hired on a permanent contract (CDI). Schedules: 2x8, day shift and possibility of night shift - full time

Remuneration: 11.88/h + meal allowances / end-of-assignment bonus + paid leave compensation + individual performance bonus, annual 13th-month bonus and holiday bonus.

The company is in Mulhouse, accessible by public transport.

The profile we're looking for

We are looking for dynamic and careful people, with the goal of investing themselves long-term within a company. The candidate must be able to demonstrate autonomy while knowing how to work in a team.

Previous experience in logistics is appreciated.

A collective information meeting as well as a warehouse visit and an individual interview with the company's HR will be organized before the start of the training.
