Your challenge: develop and manage your own profit center!
Your missions
As a true entrepreneur within the company, you will take charge of the development, management, and profitability of your HVAC maintenance activity in the Rhône region.
Business development and portfolio management
Develop and retain a portfolio of professional clients in the tertiary and industrial sectors.
Identify new business opportunities in multi-technical maintenance, climate engineering, and small works.
Analyze client needs, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain a local network and develop lasting commercial relationships.
Managing your profit center
Ensure the financial and operational management of your activity.
Develop and monitor your budgets, turnover, and margins.
Guarantee the profitability of contracts and optimize human and material resources.
Define and deploy your development strategy in conjunction with management.
Management and organization
Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 to 12 employees.
Organize and supervise maintenance interventions and small works.
Participate in recruitment and support the skills development of your teams.
Guarantee the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and compliance with contractual commitments.
The profile we're looking for
With a technical background in climate, energy, or thermal engineering, you have proven experience in managing HVAC maintenance activities.
You currently hold or have held a position as
- HVAC Maintenance Activity Manager
- HVAC Maintenance Business Manager
- HVAC Operations Manager
- Profit Center Manager
- Climate Engineering Agency Manager
- Experienced HVAC Business Manager with a managerial and financial dimension
