The role
YOUR MISSIONS
- Prepare and display fish, shellfish, and crustaceans,
- Perform technical tasks of the trade: scaling, filleting, gutting, opening shellfish, cutting
- Ensure a neat and attractive presentation of the stall,
- Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty
- Prepare specific orders (seafood platters, scallops, assortments)
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality rules

Profile sought
You have significant experience as a fishmonger (M/F).
Technical skills
You master the preparation techniques for seafood products.
Your assets
- You are rigorous, dynamic, and have a sense of customer service,
- You enjoy teamwork and customer contact,
You are available to work flexible hours, as well as weekends.
