Job offer : Plastic injection mold setter (M/F)

Join our growing industrial site as a Plastic Injection Setter (M/F)!

Within our production department, you will play a key role on the injection molding machines to ensure optimal production flow, from mold changes to production monitoring.

Your main missions

Prepare, coordinate, and carry out production changes and mold setups.

Adjust production equipment to ensure compliant startup and stable production.

Check the conformity of produced parts and apply necessary corrective actions.

Record and track process parameters in our production monitoring tool.

Perform first-level troubleshooting on molds and injection presses.

Diagnose recurring breakdowns and alert the relevant departments.

Apply the TPM schedule and comply with 5S and safety rules.

Position organization

Day shift position with the possibility of shift work (night) in case of leave or absences.

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Plastic Processing Setter (M/F) possessing an education level equivalent to a Level III Title

• Bac +2
• BTS, DUT or equivalent. The ideal candidate must have professional experience of 2 to 4 years in the field.

The sought-after profile must have solid skills in setting and maintaining plastics processing machines, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly. Attention to detail and mastery of safety standards are essential for this position.
