The role

Are you looking to join a dynamic company in the midst of restructuring? Actual is looking for a Quality Assistant (M/F) in Lanfains for its client.

Your missions

Reporting to the Quality Manager within a team of 6 employees, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our quality system.

Customer and supplier relations: You will manage complaints, analyze field situations, implement corrective actions, and respond to technical requests (data sheets, specifications, tenders).

Animal welfare: You will actively participate in promoting the approach on-site, including audits, inspections, and regulatory monitoring.

Laboratory monitoring and quality control: You will ensure the monitoring of control plans and analyses, carry out sampling, and update associated indicators.

Continuous improvement: You will conduct hygiene audits, check production lines, manage material flow, and participate in process monitoring studies and certification audits.

Working conditions

The position is to be filled on a CDI basis as soon as possible. It is a supervisory status based on 37 hours per week with 12 RTT days. Day shifts: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The profile we're looking for

To excel as a Quality Assistant (M/F), you demonstrate exemplary rigor and a keen sense of observation to ensure compliance with our standards. You ideally possess initial experience in quality control or an industrial environment, allowing you to accurately identify non-conformities.

Your profile stands out for your ease with measuring tools and your ability to write clear technical reports. Holder of a Bac +2 to Bac +3 degree in Quality, Agri-food.
